An African American male sits in living room and speaks directly to the camera:

"My name is Jepahl. Two years ago I received a kidney transplant. When I was 21 years old, I started dyalasis. For seven and a half years I was a patient receiving treatments three times a week four hours each session. And man, it was hard.”

The camera zooms out from showing just Jepahl and reveals his wife sitting next to him grabbing him by the arm. Jepahl continues:

“After receiving my kidney transplant, I was able to find and marry the love of my life.”

There is a brief transition to a shot of their wedding photo.

Jepahls’ wife is then shown in the kitchen preparing a meal. Jepahl joins his wife by helping her with some dishes. His wife then feeds Jephal a sample of her cooking. Jephal continues:

“My kidney transplant gave me my life back.”

They continue to behave lovingly and playful as a woman’s voice continues: “You have the power to donate life. Be an organ, tissue and eye donor. To find out how go to DonateLifeTexas.org ”
